Driven by a cutting-edge pneumo-magnetic system, the Deepflow enables precise and safe quantitative sampling of highly corrosive liquids directly from the reactor's top. Its wetted components, crafted entirely from PFA or PTFE, ensure unmatched chemical compatibility. This versatile instrument can be enhanced with optional temperature or pH controls, along with a heating-insulating jacket, to meet diverse operational needs. The pneumo-magnetic drive ensures a steady product flow, delivering consistently reliable samples. It incorporates a modular PRISEMASSON®, valve for seamless compatibility with a wide range of BIAR accessories. The integrated sight glass on the sampling tap provides a clear view of the sampling progress. Designed to extract samples from tanks up to 4 meters deep, the Deepflow specializes in handling viscous liquids up to 2000 cP, with a pressure tolerance ranging from -1 to 16 bar and operational temperatures between +1°C to +140°C. Cleaning is straightforward from the piston's top, enhancing maintenance efficiency. Boasting ATEX certification, its operation is simplified to a single button press, ensuring it is both exceptionally safe and user-friendly.
