The ECB sampling valve without flange, specifically designed for horizontal lines, offers a practical and safe solution for representative sampling of temperature-sensitive chemicals, without disrupting manufacturing processes. The ECB's integrated heating jacket guarantees sampling at a constant temperature, prevents solidification of the sampled liquids, and maintains their viscosity while preserving the integrity of the production line. The wafer design without flange reduces pressure losses and space requirements. Initially manufactured in stainless steel, this BIAR sampler is also available in Hastelloy. Its unique quick connection system means that a variety of bottles and accessories can be used without having to replace the sampling system, simplifying management, and reducing costs. The ECB sampling system, also known as PRISEMASSON®, is based on a modular concept, enabling it to be adapted to different requirements and needs, whether in terms of materials, sealing or actuators.
