Designed for horizontal or vertical assembly, the EB sampling valve without flange (wafer type) offers a reliable and practical solution for representative sampling without interrupting production processes. Initially manufactured in stainless steel with a PTFE seal, it is also available in other alloys and seals, depending on specific requirements. In chemical and petrochemical plants, the EB valve ensures safety when sampling hazardous and toxic liquids such as halogens, Grignard reagents, alkylating agents and concentrated acids. The wafer design (without flange) reduces pressure losses and space requirements. Its unique bayonet connection system for receptacles means that different accessories can be used without changing the sampling system, simplifying management while keeping costs under control. Based on a modular concept, the EB sampling system, also known as PRISEMASSON®, can be adapted to suit different requirements and needs (materials, sealing, actuators).
