The VLB-EC sampling valve, specially designed for vertical lines, offers a practical and safe solution for taking representative samples of temperature-sensitive chemicals, without disrupting ongoing manufacturing processes. Thanks to its integrated heating jacket, the VLB-EC valve ensures sampling at a constant temperature, prevents solidification of the sampled liquids and maintains their viscosity. It also preserves the integrity of the production line. Originally manufactured in stainless steel, the valve is also available in Hastelloy. Its unique quick connection system allows a variety of bottles and accessories to be used without having to change the sampling system, simplifying management and reducing costs. The VLB-EC sampling system, known as PRISEMASSON®, is based on a modular concept, enabling it to be adapted to different requirements and needs, whether in terms of materials, sealing or actuators.
