OMG sampling valves offer a compact and practical solution for sampling without interrupting production processes. Made from stainless steel with PTFE seals, they can be connected in a variety of ways (weld ends, flexible hoses, threaded fittings, Kamlok fittings, Tank Wagen (TW), Gyrolok, break away fittings, etc.). ..... OMG sampling valves are available in a crust breaking version with an outlet stem.

Crust breaking sampling valve type OMG
For liquids that crystallise or form crusts, OMG's crust-breaking sampling valves with outgoing stem enable to take easily samples. The stem breaks the crust. Below is an indicative diagram of a OMG type sampling valve for side mounted pipe with the crust-breaker option. The OMG crust breaking sampling valve is available with the pneumatic actuator.
