QR type quantitative sampling systems for reactors have been designed to carry out representative sampling on reactors or tanks. Quantitative samplers for reactors can be installed on the side or at the bottom. Fitted with a nozzle, the quantitative sampling systems enable representative samples to be taken. These systems can be customised according to requirements, and are particularly suitable for complex sampling points.

Whether in the form of adapters for in-line valves or specific solutions, quantitative sampling systems can be adapted to suit sampling and production requirements. For applications requiring temperature or pressure control, quantitative samplers can be fitted with a heating jacket with thermometer and/or pressure gauges. Quantitative sampling systems are ideal for demanding environments, such as those requiring sampling at very high temperatures or under high pressure.

Specific quantitative sampling systems, in-line or for reactors

Specific quantitative sampling systems can be installed on horizontal or vertical pipes, or directly on a reactor (laterally or at the bottom of the tank). Specific quantitative sampling systems are modular and customizable, adapting perfectly to specific sampling and production constraints.

The components of the Q-type quantitative sampling systems for horizontal lines can be customized as follows

Quantitative sampling solutions with adapters

The adapters type SQ, with their quick connections, are suitable for all BIAR SA in-line valves with this type of connections. They enable standard sampling valve to become quantitative. Quantitative sampling solutions with adapters can be adapted to specific requirements.

BIAR's inline sampling valves, with quick connections, can be fitted with SQD quantitative adapters to enable quantitative sampling. The following elements of the SQD quantitative adapter are modular:

  • SAS size, to define the quantity of liquid sampled
  • Materials, available in stainless steel or alloys
  • Sealing 
  • SAS's opening actuator
  • Temperature and/or pressure controls

The SQD adapter with heating jacket is compatible with all BIAR quick connections sampling valves, whether mounted horizontally, laterally, vertically or wafer type.


 

SQB adapter for quantitative sampling

BIAR inline sampling valves, with their quick connections, are compatible with SQB quantitative adapters, enabling sampling from a standard BIAR inline valve. Several elements of the SQD quantitative adapter can be customized:

  • SAS size, which determines the volume of liquid sampled
  • Materials, available in stainless steel or various alloys
  • Sealing devices
  • SAS opening mechanism
  • Temperature and/or pressure controls

The standard SQB adapter is compatible with all BIAR quick-connect valves, whether mounted horizontally, laterally, vertically or between flanges
